능소화

아침에 일어나니

따스한 햇살과 살랑이는 바람,

이불이 바스락거리는 습도가 딱 좋았다.

하늘은 투명하게 파랗고, 구름은 선명하게 하얬다.

능소화가 히비스커스처럼 보였다.

하와이에 온 것 같았다.

하지만 생각해보니 우리나라 초가을 날씨는 원래 이랬다.

When I woke up in the morning,

Warm sunshine and breezy winds,

The humidity of the quilt rustling was just right.

The sky was transparently blue, and the clouds were clear.

Trumpet creeper looked like hibiscus.

I felt like I was in Hawaii.

But come to think of it, the weather of early fall in Korea was like this.
